• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Job Postings and Applications

5.1 Employer Responsibilities

Employers posting job opportunities agree to:

• Post only legitimate, available positions
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain appropriate data privacy standards

5.2 Application Process

Talintr facilitates connections between candidates and employers but is not party to any employment relationship. We do not:

• Guarantee job placements or interviews
• Make hiring decisions on behalf of employers
• Verify the accuracy of job postings
• Mediate employment disputes

6. Intellectual Property
